This has been the worst dropshipping app I’ve used so far. Most of the orders arrived to my customers with missing parts or in used condition. It’s cost me a lot to rebuild trust with my clients, and I’ll be removing all items from my store as a result.
Terrible app to use. Stock doesn't sync up correctly and then you can't even uninstall it
I have used a variety of dropshipping platforms over the years and have even sought product manufacturers directly after poor shipping times. After a blog recomendation for home and furniture dropshipping suppliers I installed MyDepot on my shopify store. The integration was quick and simple and the app is easy to use and navigate. Importing propducts to my Store took seconds and now I am presently testing a variety of products within my brand. I have had a few orders so far and the fees have been much lower for shipping and processing than Oberlo or other alternatives. I definitely recommend , and I am excited to see what some good traffic wil do for my store.
I have been using MyDepot now for 3 months and I am very satisfied with the service. For my home and furniture Shopify Store I have tested over 20 products from the MyDepot marketplace and 4 are now permanent products in my store catalog. The in-built APP is easy to use and simple even for customer returns. The quality of the manufacturers I work with from MyDepot are excellent and the product variants for the pillow collections I sell in my store have been very successful and well-received by my customers. I hope to scale my business further without the worry of inventory and test more products.
Products and prices are fantastic. All of which is useless if i cannot get the products on to my store. i dont see how its been so difficult. i even hired someone on fivver to revise and professionalize my website and they were able to do everything except explain why importing these products has been an issue. i would 5ive star this if i can figure it out. if i cannot. i will change my rating to 1 because its not a usable platform, and doesn't connect to shopify like it should. also i couldn't do the final trials involving shipping times and delivery service. never mind refund management.
They have a nice site, works fine to add products to Shopify, but when we got an order there is no way to see it in their side and what makes this worse is
The phone number posted is fake
The emails do not get answered
The Help Center form does not get answered.
No Chat function..
They claim to have warehouses in the USA but NO customer service or a way to contact them.
Whats the use pushing their products just to find out they cannot be shipped out. Is anyone in the US using them? I would like to connect and learn?
Thank you for you review. we are working on to fixing the issue ASAP. We will keep you informed when there are updates.
