Had an absolutely horrendous experience (multiple times!) with Route and through a google search found out about Navidium. I’m so thankful you exist and when problem arise I can be my own customer service support in the broken, damaged, or lost package department!
We have used Navidium for over a now and I like that it allows us to completely control the claims process. The app is easy to use and we have another source of income.
I would highly recommend the app. The one issue is that it overrides upsells in the cart drawer if you're using Rebuy, but I think it's worth it to have the Navidium app over the Rebuy upsell depending on what you sell.
Navidium is an absolute must have for our DTC Shopify store. Expert onboarding and set it and forget it. We have a terrific opt in rate and its great peace of mind for our customers. Don't hesitate...I was afraid to offer this product at first and I have no idea why now.
Its a total no brainer!

In this day and age of the retailer carrying the burden for EVERYTHING that goes awry with online retailing, Navidium is a breath of fresh air, and works like a Partner to help provide an insurance service for our customers, so that unlike most others, it's not TAKE, TAKE, TAKE.
If you operate in the e-commerce retail space, Navidium is essential.
At first I was skeptical of what Navidium claimed so we gave it a try. I was quickly turned into a believer. Other apps have tried to solicit me since and their pricing was really attractive, but now I see exactly why because they stand to collect so much in revenues for their bottom line. Why not let those revenues flow directly to us as the merchant.
I've also been very impressed with their customer service. I had a few small kinks and they helped me to work them out and I now have Navidium on all of my sites and won't look back.
Marc and his team have been great since day one when we made the switch over to them. It is nice to have another viable option.
We used Route and they tried to bully us into staying with them after we changed. Navidium is a much more beneficial solution for us. We process tens of thousands of orders every year but were only getting about 10 claims per year through Route, and they would deny 2-3 of them and piss off the customer! We would end up replacing them at our expense anyway to keep the customer happy. With Navidium, we still get the process automated, but we realize a significant chunk of money above and beyond and replacement costs. Highly recommend.
Navidium has been amazing with updates, installation and features. Definitely makes it easy to manage 1 on 1 customer issues which is very important when it comes to customer satisfaction. I definitely feel at home with the navidium crew and I'm looking forward to how they progress in the e-commerce world.
Really appreciate the simplicity and revenue saving model of this app!!! It helps us keep money in our pocket instead of paying money to insurance apps
