Overall, the export and import speeds are quite fast, but there's no way to automate the process, or to select fields or modify filenames.

Thank you again for your feedback. It really helped us see what was missing.
We’ve updated the app with several improvements and new features, including scheduled automatic exports on the Pro plan, with email reports. You can also try it with the 7-day free trial.
Custom filenames and field selection aren’t available yet. The filename is locked for now to keep the sync reliable, but we’re still looking at what would be most useful next.
