We use TechMarbles to sync orders, fulfillments, and refunds between our Shopify stores and NetSuite, and it's been a solid piece of our DTC stack. The field mapping engine handled everything we needed.
What stands out most is the team. When we ran into edge cases, they turned around a configurable fix. Responses to support questions have been fast and substantive.
We've now connected multiple Shopify stores through the same integration to both NetSuite production and sandbox environments, and the setup process is straightforward each time. Recommended for anyone running Shopify-to-NetSuite who needs more than a stock connector.

We use TechMarbles to sync orders, customers, inventory amounts and prices. It has proven invaluable in saving us time processing orders between Shopify and Netsuite.
