Newr will add the text "NEW IN" on all of your images even when they are used in another collection on your site. There is no option to change or not have this text added to images. An absolute deal breaker. Have contacted support but will be cancelling if this cannot be turned off completely.

As per our reply to your email, Newr does not have any functionality that adds "NEW IN" badges or labels anywhere. It never did.
Most likely this is being generated by another app or is a native feature of your theme.

Great app, unfortunately upon first install if you have lots of products then your monthly limit will be used immediately, for example if you install this app on the 1st, then you'll have to wait the entire month before it actually does what you want it to.
It would be ideal if the first time this app populates the New Arrivals collection that it didn't count towards your limit. It should also include this caveat in the FAQ section under the question: "Will the app include products that existed before the app was intalled?"
Fully automated a super annoying and time consuming task for us. Delivers as promised. Very happy with it.

Started to use this app on 22 Feb. and found on 1st Mar. that all the collection created by this app is cleared out because 30 days are over. From 22 Feb to 1st Mar is SURELY OVER 30 DAYS. RIGHT EH? -------------- Ooooooohhh... 7 days range... Sorry mate I never realized that.. I would like to express my apology and would like to continue to use your app again.

The amount of time the products remain as new is actually a configuration option. It's not set to a fixed 30 days.
After reviewing your settings in our database we can see that the "Range" option was set to 7 days, hence the behaviour you experienced.

This works the way it is supposed to (creates a new collection with new items) and all you have to do is link the new collection in your navigation menu and then customers can check out the new collection. Easy to use and it does it's job.

I set up the app but it is not showing up on my website and I followed the steps and enabled it and went into general settings and checked that it is there. How long does it take to show up on ones website?

Please note that collection was created as expected and can be seen here: https://annascrystalshop.com/collections/new-arrivals
However, our app won't include this collection anywhere on your store. You need to add the collection to the desired location yourself.
For example, if you wish the collection to appear on your home page, go to Online Store -> Themes -> Customize and add the collection to your home page. Similarly you can add a menu item pointing to the collection.
