Pathetic service!
They hold your COD payment without any valid reason and then disappear — no replies, no support, nothing. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Be very careful before trusting them.

Very disappointing experience!
3rd class service — they hold your COD amount and then completely stop responding. No proper communication, no updates, and zero accountability. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

Pathetic service. Totally courier supportive. They have draconian requirements from sellers. But total blindfold towards couriers services. Sellers have 48 hrs to respond. Couriers are given 2 weeks to reply. I have lost patience with 100s of escalations. This despite using their service for 2+ years and giving them decent revenue for a small organization of our size. I have moved on. Hope you guys start thinking from small biz perspective.
