Nora connects your store to your Nora account, so your AI employee can work with real store data instead of guessing. A customer messages you on WhatsApp, web chat or email. Nora looks up their order, tells them where it is, and fulfils, refunds or cancels it when you allow that. It checks stock across locations, updates products and prices, creates discount codes, tags customers, chases abandoned checkouts and reports on sales. Nora asks before any write. You set what she may touch.
