We're using Nordic Shipping Options on both our Denmark store and our Norway store, and it's perfect for what we need. Customers love having the choice of pick-up-points, and it integrates well with our WMS which gets the pick up point address directly from Shopify. Also, CSL consult are quick to respond when we asked for a couple of tweaks to to the app.
We've used this app for a few years now and we've never had any down time. It works effortlessly and is easy to set up. Most importantly the customer service is quick and efficient. I can warmly recommend the app.

Altid hurtig svar og hjælp hvis noget skal ændres og man ikke lige selv kan finde ud af det. Kan kun anbefale denne app. Jeg har selv brugt den i mere end fem år nu uden nogle problemer.

The app is fully operational and currently utilized by a vast number of shops on a daily basis.
The challenges you are encountering stem from your shop's lack of support for "Third-party carrier-calculated shipping rates." As detailed within the application, the welcome correspondence, and our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), this is a fundamental Shopify platform requirement and is regrettably outside of our direct operational control.
