The app itself is great, it's intuitive, practical, and well designed. However, the customer support is what really prompted me to write this review. I needed to recover some information I lost and the team was beyond helpful. Not only did they find a solution for me, they were super quick to respond and very patient (i'm not very technical). Really outstanding in every aspect!

I used this app so I would not have to upload images of nutrition facts as I thought this would look much cleaner. So far it does and I really love the app! I even required some custom adjustments so I emailed them and they were done for me very quickly. Amazing app and customer service.

This app is fantastic. The customer support has been outstanding and they have worked with me to customize my needs. They have also give me extra time to work with it.

The fact that there is a French version is an incredible time saver, especially with Canadian product labels that have to be displayed in two languages.

Another huge bonus is that I can download the labels for print, which is a cost saver!

I highly recommend this app.

This has been an awesome way for us to build out NFPs for our sites vs. using images to show them. Support has been incredible and much appreciated. Highly recommend if you are selling food or supplements.

This app may or may not be useful. I give it one star because as a small business that doesn't have a dedicated development team working on a site, I don't have the resources to test and implement something in as quick as 3 days. Why on earth is the trial period ONLY 3 DAYS? This makes no sense. I will continue using graphical nutrition panels until someone develops an app that can provide me with a meaningful trial period that allows proper time to test. I use many paid apps, and all the ones I use provided me with ample time to test and implement before making the decision to raise my monthly cost of running my shop.

The app needs to go back into design, analysis and testing. You can't update serving size - no matter what I put in, I got an error. You can only select a small number of predetermined nutrients. I sell both supplements and food on my website which have many, many more nutrients that what is available to select from. A method to add new nutrients needs to be added.

I was excited about this app but unfortunately it was released to early. It needs to go back into development.
