Add the exact rate names used at checkout, then paste or import your rural postcode list from a CSV. The app checks each postcode and hides rates that do not apply, so rural customers cannot select the cheaper metro rate. Test postcodes before enabling the filter live. Merchants provide postcode data they are permit.
