I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. The app allows us to charge remote rates for DHL Express.
The app has a design which allows large numbers of zip codes -something other apps don't have.
Support helped us to import more than 100,000 zip codes from the DHL online PDF file. I could not have done this myself.
Support is considering how to automate the zip code upload process. I look forward to the app update for automatic uploads.
