I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. I used the chat support option to reach out for help and I received a very quick response - both my issues were resolved the same day. I highly rate the customer support and service.

The app allows us to charge remote rates for DHL Express.
The app has a design which allows large numbers of zip codes -something other apps don't have.
Support helped us to import more than 100,000 zip codes from the DHL online PDF file. I could not have done this myself.
Support is considering how to automate the zip code upload process. I look forward to the app update for automatic uploads.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! I downloaded the App and was offered a Zoom call for help in setting it up. In the course of the call the developer asked a lot of questions to better understand my shipping goals and challenges. Based on my objectives, which turned out to be relatively simple, he suggested that I would currently be better served using Shopify rates rather than their App. He then did a screen share and walked me through how to set rates within Shopify to accomplish my objectives. So he talked me out of buying their App (which I will need in the future) and using the free option in Shopify, and then took the time to show me how to do it. What a great Shopify partner. I highly recommend.
