Great app!
I had some issue in setting it up due to the Swiss Post complexities, but the customer service from the app supported me in every step!
The app really simplifies the fulfilment and is fully integrated with the Swiss Post. I highly recommend it!


We started using the app recently, and it really helped us impressively with our fulfilment, as all tasks can be done on all orders with 1 click in bulk.
The support was reactive for the setup and is working on a new version coming next month with added features.
First it validates the addresses so we don't have anymore returns due to misspelled addresses. Then it generates the tracking label with the possibility of adding our logo to it and it marks the order as fullfilled.
A time saver for us and added value for our clients.

We have been using this app to print SwissPost postage labels for several months now with great satisfaction. Fullfillment and printing of the label is done with one click. The tracking number is automatically updated in the customer's order. Top app!

We used to partner with a third party Swiss Post developer/app to fill and print our orders. When we contacted support to set up, we had to take the Swiss official app. I have to say your app is not as good. We were able to fill and print our orders from our order page, not having to jump back and forth from the app. The function to fill is not efficient. And it does not fill and send tracking on our shopify page so it is causing 5X the effort to use your services and causes more confusion.

We are about to provide a "built-in" Shopify solution which will come up latest Q4/2021. Regarding the tracking number: this is a setting you can easily active within the app - maybe it is a bit hidden, so you couldn't find it - but the function is available.
