Oh Ship! Unlock Hidden Charges

We've been looking for an app that could detect hidden shipping adjustment charges without having to trawl through thousands of orders manually. As our order volume grew, it became impossible to audit every shipment ourselves.

Oh Ship! found over $4,700 in carrier adjustment charges across our 2025 orders using the Historical Audit tool. We were able to contest many of them and successfully recover refunds. Some adjustments were tiny (just 1 lb or an inch on the package dimensions)but had hidden charges of $80!
