poorly developed app, with major glitches. Each time we edit the Donation Form it disappears from the website and we have to re-do it from scratch.
Unless we add it from Incognito mode does the app work normally. Needs a lot more work to improve the experience. Highly unreliable and we had to talk to support to fix it in 24 hours, only to get re-ruined once we edited and saved the image of the donation form.
I loved that customers could donate any amount they wanted, and the support team was super responsive to my questions
Amazing experience! The donation page is clean, easy to use, and perfect for fundraising. Support was very responsive and helped customize everything smoothly. Highly recommended.
