We recently began an affiliates program using Omnistar as our platform. The console is very in-depth and comprehensive. Support is great including a one-on-one phone session and fast f/up email with everything covered.
We've been left wanting a lot more with some apps mainly due to their lack of support. This one gets 5 stars due to their excellent support.
Setting this app was fast and easy, instructions were very straight forward and easy to follow. I set up a phone call to help me understand how to import affiliates from a different system and the help I received was excellent!
Garbage. Self-setup support is none existent.
Great app, great value, it was easy to install, and many many features. The support staff was fantastic! Arlen was great...I was able to talk with him on the phone and he went through my enti site with me, answered all my questions and helped me fine tune everything. excellent customer service

Arlen R. was quite helpful over the phone today as he patiently answered a whole number of questions I had...customer service has been excellent thus far. It has been fairly easy to integrate into to Shopify.
Very easy to setup and use. Ended up not going with Omnistar for other reasons, but the support I got from them was great. Even got a follow up call after canceling.
Arlen rocks and was super helpful with on-boarding - it's a great app for our needs and the support team are great if we have any questions. With that said, it's very straightforward to use.
I got the Omnistar Affiliate Software App to setup an affiliate program for my site for the first time. I was really impressed by how easy it was to setup and configure. I already have some potential affiliates lined up that can't wait to get started sending sales to me and earning a commission.
The Omnistar Affiliate software app was really easy to setup. Their support team is also very knowledgeable and responsive. I'm really excited about getting my customers and affiliates to promote my products.
I HIGHLY recommend Omnistar! We have evaluated quite a few affiliate software platforms on the market, and this is BY FAR the best I have seen. And not just in Shopify, I'm talking ANYWHERE on the internet. To top it all off, the Omnistar team provides excellent customer service. Arlen is a ROCKSTAR! The timely response received through the ticketing system has been insane, and let's you know that they value their clients.
If you know your way around the internet you know how important a high quality system like this is, if you want to grow and not fade away into the endless see of online businesses. Also, you need a platform you can rely on as your affiliate base and sales grow. You can't have a platform crashing on you or losing data, etc. You can reliably develop a serious affiliate workforce with Omnistar and grow your business by leaps and bounds...easily.
My final take: this platform is intuitive. The backoffice is smartly laid out...nothing confusing there. And the customer facing interface is beautiful. You will also have access to an extensive resource database to learn from. If you're like me and enjoy being able to find your own answers to things, you will appreciate this. Omnistar is high-end software folks, and we've just about tried them all. And the cost is both well worth it and affordable. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of evaluating affiliate platforms from the other various vendors in Shopify. This is the platform you need, hands-down!
Had the pleasure of talking to Arlen when I scheduled a call for support with the app. Arlen is amazing, not only did he help out with the issues we experienced, he even gave that little extra, suggestions, and even showed examples and demos.
Make sure to keep him, because I will most likely have more questions as we grow our Affiliate Program, and I would for sure want for Arlen to help out again.

Perfect service ! I was working with another software and having troubles with the language option. This software offer the option to change the affiliates dashboard language . And Arlen was so prompt and professional. When you are in search of an affiliate software the most important is the support , and omnistar is great !!!! There's a lot of support on everything !!! I could even give them 10 starts!!!
Arlen was excellent. He took the time to explain, and teach on how to use the software. Presented well, and again impressed with the time and care taken to make sure we understood and had our questions answered.
What else can I say except ...perfect! Super service! Unbeatable
As I test out affiliate programs, I have had some of the best support from Arlen at OSI Omnipoint. I am not sure I will be able to use the service, due to a specific feature that may not yet be available, but outside of that a 30 min screensharing with support got me familiar with the system fast.
The customer service I received was excellent. All of my questions were answered and I was shown exactly how to navigate through the system with my shopify integration. I would most definitely recommend it to a friend.

I was able to get this app setup without the help of my developer which is a big plus. I also really love the social sharing features which allows my affiliates to easily share their referral link across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
I found this app to be very user friendly and easy to setup. I really liked the getting started wizard that stepped my through the initial setup.

This app is really easy to setup and use. They also have great support and were there to answer any questions that I had during the setup process.
Setting up this software was really easy to do. I was able to get it going and started recruiting affiliates right away. Their support is also awesome. They were one of the only affiliate software companies that I found that offer phone support.
Do not waste your time with this app. The absolute worst support people I have encountered. Was never able to use the app, due to "pass the buck" or ignored requests for help. Then when cancelled, they are still harassing us with emails and phone calls daily to give them a new CC number. Repeatedly asked them to stop.....Now we will report them to Shopify.
The Omnistar Affiliate software was very easy to setup and configure. I was able to get up and running in just a few minutes. Their support team was also very responsive to any questions I had. I'm really excited about all the new affiliates that have just signed up that are now promoting my products!
