Honestly could not fault this app! Everything has been so easy to use and the setup is very clean. It lacks some small customisations if you are very picky but the support from the team has been out standing. From simple solutions to the developer customising our website. All of this is free aswell! still find that crazy. Will be a sad day once its finally a paid app but its quality so it makes sense. I have been working with Katie and dev Mia for some minor tweaks and they have been amazing. Truly appreciate the quick responses and turn around time for support.

For a free app, Opus may well be one of the best decisions we've made in developing our store. It is simple, customisable, and natively offers functionalities such as one-click shipping insurance and cross-sell recommendations without which we would require multiple additional paid apps.
It also has some of the best customer support we have experienced on this platform - swift, friendly, helpful, and most shockingly of all very cooperative with other app developers and prioritising making our site as best as it can be. A HUGE thanks to Katie, Lulla, Mia, Lucas and the Opus team for making this one of my favourite apps to use!

This is by far the best cart upsell plugin we've used. After using another cart-upsell plugin (MC), we had no support and the cart was giving away way too much for free. Allowing our customers to get free gifts, plus use coupons and we got told there was no way to fix it. We paid around $20 AUD per month for the plugin, but we decided to give Opus a go and WOW, it's free and the support from Vivian has been nothing short of amazing. Vivian has been so attentive and follows up to see how we went with implementing some work-around ideas she had so we can make Opus work for the gifting system we have. Nothing was too difficult and instead of saying "our app won't do that" she found alternative solutions for us. Our cart upsell now works perfectly and we couldn't be more happy.

These Guys Are AMAZING! Great value for this app everything you need to boost conversion in the drawer is here. The customer service is outstanding they respond very fast and apply almost all changes that you need and not see in the general options.

One of the best support teams out there. I tried many apps to accomplish what I wanted to show in the cart drawer and only the Opus app was able to get it done. Its working wonderfully, increasing AOV and doing it automatically. Again, their support team is fantastic. Shout out to Lulla!

Simply AMAZING. The app is so easy to use, and a lot of custimazation options to match my store. The Cart drawer have honestly improved the conversion rate and AOV in the space of two weeks. The customer service responds fast and they have helped me make adittional changes. This has to be on top of my favorite apps for shopify.
