Geolocation ‑ Orbe

Orbe is hands down the best geolocation app for Shopify stores. What I love the most is how customizable it is. You can do it right from the Shopify Theme Editor, you can personalize every aspect of the welcome popup. This makes it so easy to create a tailored and seamless geolocation experience that matches your store's brand perfectly. No other app offers this level of flexibility and control.

Helpful customer service

This app works great. I have a pretty advanced setup and was able to do almost everything myself + some extra help from Orbe's team. Their response was quick, friendly and they helped me install what I needed without any problems. By far the best customer service through apps I have experienced on Shopify!

App does what is supposed to do. The team is extremely professional. They will jump into and help you set up everything as you'd like. Support is by far the best and more professional support I've seen from Shopify apps. They will make sure that things are taken care on time and also follow up and make sure that their clients test everything before closing any tickets.

I moved away from Transcy to Orbe due to Transcy being non-compliant with Google SEO guidelines, and I wouldn't go back.

I don't know if there are other good geolocation apps out there, but I definitely struggle to find such professionalism as Orbe team shows within Shopify community.

Best geolocation app out there! We were having many issues with Shopify's free geolocation app and since we switched to Orbe we have been able to solve all those issues. We have different expansion stores and even different languages in one of those stores, and with Orbe we are able to direct all the traffic to the correct site at all times.
