・Order Manager

-New orders will be shown in real time under the “New Orders” tab.

-Easily manage your orders and sort them according to status such as “New Order”, “Preparing for Shipment”, “On Hold”, “Preorder”, or “Suspicious Order”.

-If an order is tagged with a “reserve” tag, the order will automatically have the “Preorder” status applied and be sorted accordingly.

-Once payment for an order has been confirmed and a tracking number has been registered on Shopify, the status of the order will be automatically set to “Shipped”.

-If an order has a tracking number registered but payment has not yet been confirmed it will automatically be set to the “Shipped but Unpaid” status.

-If only part of the items of an order have a tracking number registered then the order status will be automatically set to “Partially Shipped”

・Customer Blacklist

-When orders are moved to the “Suspicious Order” status, the customer who placed the order will be put on the blacklist.

-If an order’s status is changed from “Suspicious Order” to another status, the customer will be removed from the blacklist.

・Shipping Management

-Choose from various Japanese Courier Services including Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Japan Post.

-For orders with multiple items, select whether the items will be shipped together or individually.

-Choose whether you would like to send a shipping confirmation e-mail to the customer when the order is marked as “Shipped”.

・Downloading the PDF Invoice

-Upon installation of the app, a default template for the invoice will be generated and available for use.

-The invoice may also be customized.

-Confirm the order invoice to be exported.

-Export the invoice as a PDF.

  • Up to 250 orders (within 60 days) can be captured.
