Ich nutze den Orderchamp Starter-Plan (948 €/Jahr) seit rund 2,5 Monaten – und mein Fazit fällt leider enttäuschend aus.

Das Grundproblem: Als Shopbetreiber hat man keinen garantierten Zugriff auf das gesamte Sortiment. Jeder Händler entscheidet selbst, ob er überhaupt mit einem Dropshipping-Shop zusammenarbeiten möchte.
Ergebnis: Anfragen wurden bei mir einfach abgelehnt – ohne Vorstellungsmöglichkeit, ohne Rückmeldung, teilweise sogar ohne jegliche Reaktion trotz Kontaktaufnahme.

Der Support? Anfangs wurde man häufig angerufen und gut betreut. Nach Vertragsabschluss ändert sich das Bild jedoch komplett:
Antworten kommen extrem spät, manchmal gar nicht, und Verständnis für das eigentliche Problem – den fehlenden Zugriff auf alle Produkte – gibt es nicht.

Für einen Preis von 948 €/Jahr plus 2,75 % Bearbeitungsgebühr pro Bestellung ist dieser Service aus meiner Sicht schlicht nicht gerechtfertigt.

Extremely disappointing experience with Orderchamp Dropshipping

I subscribed to Orderchamp’s Dropshipping service in September 2025, based on their PROMISE of ACCESS to reliable and relevant suppliers. In reality, not a single supplier was willing to collaborate, and the platform turned out to be full of limitations and misleading claims.

When I tried to cancel, within 1 day!!!, I was sent in endless circles, repeatedly asked to fill in the same form, without ever receiving a clear confirmation. Their communication is slow, confusing, and FAR FROM professional.

This service does not deliver what it advertises, and I strongly advise other business owners to think twice before subscribing. It feels misleading, and support offers no real solution.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Orderchamp Dropshipping

Ik heb in september 2025 een Dropshipping-abonnement bij Orderchamp afgesloten, op basis van hun belofte van toegang tot betrouwbare en relevante leveranciers. In de praktijk bleek geen enkele van mijn gekozen leverancier bereid samen te werken, en het platform bood nauwelijks iets wat overeenkwam met wat werd voorgesteld!!

Toen ik het abonnement binnen 1 dag wilde beëindigen, werd ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd — steeds weer hetzelfde formulier invullen, zonder ooit een duidelijke bevestiging te krijgen. De communicatie is traag, onduidelijk en weinig professioneel.

De dienst levert niet wat er wordt beloofd, en ik raad andere ondernemers sterk af om hier geld aan uit te geven. Dit voelt ronduit misleidend, en er wordt geen enkele echte oplossing geboden. Ik laat het hier dan ook niet bij en ik zal vandaag nog een officiële klacht indienen bij de ACM wegens misleidende handelspraktijken en een officiële klacht ingediend bij de ConsuWijzer.

Mensen blijf hier weg, trap er niet in!!

The app would sync automatically sometimes but a lot of times would use repeat information from other listings that needed changing, and when I changed images on my Shopify store it would just add a new product all together. I am no longer selling on Orderchamp due to poor treatment of brands and the lack of empathy from their support team was ridiculous so we are no longer selling on their platform and therefore do not need the app anymore. But I do recommend if you are a seller on the app look through your unpublished listings if you have updated images as they may just have duplicated and not done the changes and make sure your descriptions are correct.

We love working with this app as it keeps track of our inventory, pricing and products. Formatting can be better streamlined, but I do know Orderchamp is working hard on getting this resolved asap. We can recommend this app and the platform for b-b retail sales.

I've been using Orderchamp's dropshipping software and find it very user-friendly. The support team is always kind and quick to help with any questions I have. It's a great tool for expanding my product range without worrying about inventory or shipping issues. Overall, it's an excellent solution for growing my business efficiently.

App werkt helemaal niet goed. Producten met meerdere varianten kan hij niet verwerken en komen op 'mislukt' te staan. Ze handmatig aanpassen is ook niet mogelijk want de aanpassingen worden gewoon terug gedraaid. Heel slecht voor het imago van mijn webshop en collectie.

Works okay. However the integration with Shopify is poor. So much manual work when you have updated something. I would say approach your own customers yourself, also saves you a lot of hassle and fees or go with an agency.

I stopped updating the products there. too cumbersome. Also, photos are not updated automatically.
