Orders Printer

the online orders aren't printing for over 2 weeks now. I have reached out multiple times and I get no response. I only got a response once last Monday essentially saying "we fixed it, try again and let us know if it works" which didnt solve anything. After that I keep emailing back and I get nothing. This is a service that has been charging me btw and not only its not doing the one thing its supposed to do, but also I get zero customer support.

Great app, nothing like it out there for simply printers orders automatically as they come in.

I slight hiccup this week where it stopped work but support got it back working really quickly. This app is a life saver

As of now this is getting 5 Stars!!!! As a Large online store with a major brick and mortar presence we have searching for years for a APP or Shopify to create a way for Stores to have Online Orders print out Automatically.

This app was installed a bit of an issue if you do not have the correct Bluetooth/Wifi printer but that is not the APPs fault. We did have to plug in our printer directly into the router and as soon as we did we reset the settings and BAM! 2 online orders printed!!

Again this is 5 stars becasue it is the only thing currently available, so we will work with the developer to iron out any issues that arise or improvements we can suggest. Other than that THANK YOU!!!
