OrderSplit Pro ‑ Split Order

We have had problems every single week and had to contact customer service because the app isn't properly working. One of the times they said they shut off our usage because other customers were abusing the split app.

We also pay $100 a month for the unlimited plan. App won't run bc we've used all 700 split order, but when I open the app it says I've used 358/unlimited. Complete rip off. Changed limits without adjusting the price, notifying the customers or changing all advertisements in the Shopify app store. Absolutely do not recommend using this.

We’ve had such a great experience with the app and customer service. Our setup is pretty complex and Joe has been incredible to work with.
He replies super fast, understands exactly what we’re trying to achieve, and has done multiple customizations tailored specifically to our store, all very quickly. Every time we thought something might be too complicated, he somehow made the impossible possible.
If you’re running anything beyond a basic setup, this app and especially Joe’s support, makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

The app works consistently, and can target almost anything we want - Tags, SKU, Metafield... Also supports exclusions and has an audit log for split orders. It works super consistently even as we get thousands of orders a week, works perfectly with Shipstation and the best part is the developer who responds quickly and efficiently, triages and fixes errors and is willing to help with custom logic if and when we need it. This is one of the best apps we've found for Shopify!

Order Split Pro has been a time saving addition to our Shopify workflow which includes integration with ShipStation. We're able to have our orders split into fulfillments which import perfectly into ShipStation for fulfillment. The developer has been incredibly responsive with customizing the app to match our use case. Highly recommended!

Joe, the developer, has been incredibly responsive, implementing change requests in under 24 hours. For example, he enabled splitting pre-ordered items from in-stock items and further splitting them by weight. Outstanding service—highly recommended!
