We started with Pack To The Future after Sendle disappeared and has been a great transition.
Dave solves any teething problems in real time and has been great to work with so nothing ever remains a problem.
Super easy to install, set up and use from the get go with great postage rates. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any online brand out there shipping parcels daily.

We moved over to Pack to the Future after Sendle shut up shop and honestly couldn’t be happier.
The Australia Post integration was easy to set up, rates were competitive straight away, and the whole flow just makes sense when you’re packing orders day in, day out. It’s been a solid Sendle alternative without the usual “new platform” pain.
What really stood out though was the support. Dave was insanely fast to respond and actually helpful – not copy-paste answers, but real solutions and suggestions to improve how we ship. You can tell it’s built by people who actually run eCommerce, not just software people guessing.
If you’re an Aussie store looking for a reliable shipping setup with great support behind it, Pack to the Future is well worth a look.
