They don't answer the phones. Ever. Been trying for over a week at different times in their listed support hours. Been listening to the stupid hold song, yet to talk to a human.

Appalling app - wastes hours of time. Segments of pages do not fit together. Clunky and time consuming as the platform is always timing out.

I am extremely disappointed in this app and the terrible customer service this company offers. I spend hours creating pages for my site using this app, only to realize when the site went live that images from pages created by this app are NOT mobile responsive on iphones. Needless to say this is a huge problem. When I tried to contact their customer service it took 4 emails that went unanswered to finally get a response. They said it could be fixed within 24 hours and it still isn't fixed. If you dig around on their website you can find a customer service phone number, but it just rings endlessly with no one answering it. There simply is no way to get ahold of anyone at this company when the app isn't working.

There was no getting started option to create it takes you to video once you click create new page . App needs to be upgraded more to the point and make it more easy for brginners does not explain how will generate or help sales.

this app is really glitchy.. dont waste your time. there are better ones out there. i made my switch. you should explore your other options too.

Really bad app. Has such limited page themes (6?, i was expecting more, the sections that you can add to pages is also limited, wix is much better, they have more options to choose from and you can get what you're looking for with the different combinations. Only useful if you know liquid coding. Totally not worth paying the monthly subscription for this app. This app doesn't even allow you to add products to a page...SAD FACE

Poor - all your images etc are stored on their amazon server so in order o keep your pages live you'll be committed to paying 15 bucks a month for as long as your shop is online. The functionality is rubbish too - not to mention it doesn't support blog post either

Downloaded it. Thought it was amazing..until i had customers in a few hours contacting me saying they could not select the correct product size and the pricing did not change depending on size. Broke my sizing selection in my theme skin.
