We’ve set up Parcel2Go with Shopify for a couple of our businesses and have had a really positive experience. The app is easy to use, efficient, and makes booking shipments much simpler. Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly by the Parcel2Go team. Overall, it’s a very useful app for Shopify merchants and we’ll continue using it.
great that it links to my account BUT prices and providers can sometimes vary. Do double check the website, as well as the app.

Worked fine at first but decided to stop me from shipping and wouldn’t let me link my account to my Shopify one still got credit there I can’t use

We had an initial issue where the app incorrectly synced an address from our Shopify order - it parsed a flat number and street address but dropped part of the address line, which caused a delivery delay right before Christmas.
However, what happened next completely changed our view of Parcel2Go:
- Their support team reached out proactively after seeing our feedback
- They immediately acknowledged the bug in their Shopify integration rather than deflecting
- They actively monitored the parcel and liaised with the courier
- The parcel was delivered on Christmas Eve - crisis averted!
- They asked us to provide screenshots to help their dev team fix the bug for everyone
This is how customer support should work. Yes, the bug shouldn't have happened, but their response was exemplary. They took ownership, made it right, and are working to prevent it happening again.
We'll continue using Parcel2Go - a company that handles problems this well has earned our trust.
The app seems fairly good, nice integration directly into the Shopify dashboard, etc. 5-stars for that.
Unfortunately, the label prices are fairly high, same or even higher than my own business accounts with the carriers directly (Royal Mail and DPD - in the UK). I guess it's all their fees added on top.
To what good a nice app if it's not practical or beneficial? Maybe I'm wrong and I'm missing something.
But looking forward to some label rates improvement over time.
And I hope a direct carrier Business Account integration will be made available soon as well.

We constantly review our label prices and negotiate directly with couriers to offer the lowest prices, so we appreciate the feedback. As a result, we’ve added a lower rate DPD service, to add to our market leading rates on Evri, InPost and Yodel starting from just £2.20 exc VAT.
