What happens when I install the Integration?
Your orders will automatically be imported, and each parcel connected to your orders will be visible in Parcel Perform, where we will immediately begin gathering tracking data from each carrier.
How do I find my parcels?
You can view your parcels in the parcel overview if you have specified a tracking number for your fulfillment in Shopify and marked the order partially or fully fulfilled. You can even add tags to make your filters more intuitive.
How far back will data be downloaded?
Initially, three months of order history will be downloaded, which you can use to analyse carriers or see trends.
How do I find parcels for a specific order?
You can search using your Shopify order number or other associated information on the parcel overview page to find the parcels associated with the order.
How often will the orders download?
We are proud to have the fastest update cycle available on Shopify and sync your orders every 15 minutes automatically or on demand at the click of a button!
How come some of my parcels show as pending?
You may not have added all of the carriers that you ship your orders with or sometimes the carrier simply didn’t provide their first update yet. Please make sure to add all your carriers using the left hand menu bar under settings > carriers.
