Great app for stores looking to offer partial payments and COD. The setup was simple, the checkout experience was smooth, and the app worked as expected. The support team was also very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, a useful solution for managing partial payments and reducing COD-related issues.
Very disappointed, he is really doing legitimate fraud on the Shopify platform. I have opted there free plan, after few months I have checked my Shopify Billing and found that Partially app deducting $10 every months, It was deducting from last 9 months. My only fault is that I was not checking my regular bill, because I have trust on the Shopify, it is by chance I just checked this randomly and found this app stealing my money every month without opted there paid service. My strong recommendation, kindly monitor the every month bill and keep eye on such fraud app.
Since we started using this app, our COD cancellation rate has dropped significantly. Customers are much more serious about completing their purchases with the Partial COD option. The support team has also been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed assistance.
