Drop Shipping & P.O.D Textiles

Unfortunatly I can't seem to use the app - I've designed some items, tried to order but there's no Vendor showing up and the orders just sit there. I've tried emailing directly, and through the shopify support option but to no avail _ have had no replies to my questions. It's a real pity as I'm keen to get some samples of the products but the lack of support is worrying. Likewise there is no file sizes listed on the templates so it's just very hard to actually design the items to begin with as you just have to guess how big to make the file. I'm keen to get samples but unsure how to proceed

We've been using the Paul Bristow app for one of our new products and can't fault it. Great customer service and the print quality of the final product is top-notch. Highly recommend!
