I was having issues making subscriptions work as that’s the feature we were looking for. Evan was great with support and resolved the issue for us
The dashboard is great but we’ve asked for the recurring subscription tracking to be added as a feature. Let’s see
The initial setup took me about 20 minutes to fully understand, but once everything was configured the app worked exactly as expected.
I was under the impression that PayDrop has a drip content feature. During testing, I did not find any option for scheduling monthly content drops with different files, and this feature is not mentioned in the documentation.
I tried it and it’s been very smooth, fitting naturally into how I run the store. Setting up a digital product was simple, and customers can purchase a PDF and access it immediately without me having to do anything extra. What’s nice is that it handles delivering downloads, tracking orders, and managing subscriptions, which keeps everything organized and easy to manage.
