The configurator logic isn't where it needs to be for a real computer building business, and support doesn't respond to emails.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble. We've made major updates recently, including configurator logic fixes, compatibility improvements, and other enhancements. We're also checking on the support issue to ensure better service moving forward.
