I wanted to try this but accidentally clicked on the yearly subscription. Despite being promised a refund - I have not yet got it for the last month!

The app in interesting and worth a try, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for its non-responsive customer service!

never signed up for this and uninstalled the app and have now been charged $119usd for it. Absolute rubbish, no answer from emails either. Will be lodging a complaint with Shopify.

We are a startup with limited budget... Pencil allowed us to create robust ads and easily iterate on those that worked, which we otherwise would not have been able to do without a much larger (and specialized) team or a much larger budget. Very impressive product and a team that's very pleasant to work with.
