We've been using the app for 2 months now. It has turned out to be a great solution for managing our stores returns and refunds. Easy onboarding process made it very easy to setup the app. While the default settings worked seamlessly for us, we noticed that the dashboard offers comprehensive options for stores seeking more tailored processes.
