Excellent support from Uri and the team, Shopify were completely unwilling to help us get the app up and running due to a bug on the Shopify side but Uri found a manual work around for our 3500+ photos and has manually done this - great service

At $49 a month, this is the most expensive app I've downloaded and the most disappointing. First, it barely enhanced any of my photos. Second, the speed of my website did not go up. Third, some of the main features are broken (the photo editor) and when I sent an email about it to their "top-tier" customer service, there was no response or fix for over a week. I finally messaged them again and they told me to use their website for 2 free images and they'll work on fixing the shopify app with no ETA. Now I've just gone ahead and downloaded TINY and regret paying for this in the first place.

Great app, working really well. Very quick, about 20%+ reduction in size with a few clicks. I will be installing this on more of my stores.

Great app and has helped me massively in being able to improve the quality of my photos, which is so important to any business. And Uri (the founder) has been really helpful with a few questions I had too.

Great app for automatically optimising pictures when you add new products. I'd love an option where all images (on homepage and pages for example) are automatically optimised as well. Great and speedy customer support.

I have used quite a few photo optimization apps for my site over the years, many offer lots of extra bells and whistles, features I don't really need - I just wanted an app that would resize without sacrificing image quality. On a whim I tried Photobear, I was immediately impressed with the simplicity and the results. They speak for themselves. Plus I really appreciated the developer's personal approach to alerting me to an issue with an image and helping me solve the problem. Researching the developer I can see that he's very passionate about machine learning and its applications, you can tell he genuinely enjoys his work! Excellent job, I look forward to seeing more innovations as time goes on.

This app is incredible. It has helped optimize our photos and the AI SEO description tool is amazing. The best part is Uri the creator goes above and beyond for you. The app does exactly what it says it will do. If you get hung up Uri will personally help you and does not stop until he fixes your issue. You can tell Uri is passionate about his work here. He wants to see everyone's store to succeed and look good succeeding. He even helped answer some questions and gave some very helpful insights that we had that were non-related to SEO and photo optimization about our store front.
