Picture It: AR & Art Previews

This is very, very bad! I do not recommend using this app, as it does not provide the promised features as described. It constantly breaks, freezes, and doesn’t work. The support team does not fix the issues and doesn’t respond to requests in a timely manner.

Picture It has quickly become an invaluable part of my e-commerce website. After demo-ing other virtual room software for my Shopify photo gallery - my best experience by far, has been with Picture It.

For example: literally within a minute of typing a tech question to the support team, Alex himself (owner of Picture It) responded immediately. He took as much time as was needed to show me how to achieve the various things I was trying to do; even sending me screen shots and customized video to show me exactly how to execute the changes on my own. And where the tech did not exist to do certain things yet, Alex made product design notes with an enthusiastic offer to incorporate into the software program.

I've never in my professional life received such a superior level of tech and customer support than I have with Picture It. Even before Alex responded to my text, an AI guide appeared with detailed suggestions on what to do next.

With Picture It, customers that come to my online photo gallery can now see what each piece of art looks like on a virtual wall, and they also have the option to view in AR on a room in their own homes. I am confident this software program - both now - and as it develops further - will be an invaluable tool in helping customers decide what pieces of art, sizes and frame options work best, before they make the final purchase.

Smart technology with immediate and personalized tech support are hard to find these days. I can't recommend Alex and Picture It highly enough.

We’ve been using Picture It to offer a live preview / “view in your room” experience for our wall art, and it’s been a great addition for conversions and customer confidence. The app is easy to set up, the preview experience looks professional, and it helps reduce hesitation before purchase.

Support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance (especially with placement and theme setup). Overall, a solid app for any store selling wall art or decor that benefits from visualization. Highly recommended!

After trying multiple AR apps, this is the only one that correctly displayed my offering. Canvas, paper, matting options, framing options, with enough product options that allowed me to stay within budget. The flow is seamless and I know it's going to help inform my clients of their future purchases. The CEO even took my feedback into consideration and will likely be implementing it, which was a very nice touch. I look forward to having this software be a part of my offering!

Great service and easy to use product!

Picture It is a great app that allows customers to preview our products in their own settings. The app has definitely had some amazing improvements recently. Previously you could only do AR with backgrounds, but they recently added the option to only do AR. IMO, this was the best update to date, as it makes it straightforward for the customer to preview our art only in their setting.

Additionally, their customer support is great. They get back to you very fast & provide very good service.

Highly recommend this app for any art, custom framing, or print stores.

This app is something I only hoped existed! I have used it for several years now. It is a perfect selling tool for our online store. Clients can see the art right in their own home. The customer service is quick and personal.
