None ship supplier! Please beware of this vendor! Open the case on Paypal to get a refund and report to Shopify partner to removing this application
Rubbish customer service, esp. from support call "Glen" no intention to improve, been with them for awhile, fed up and sick of inconsistent prints, crap quality products. Had one order during the holiday season last year - Express line item don't ship via express, msged them about it they won't refund and only will apply credit to your account. Do yourselves a favor, go to artsadd,com
customer service is bad, don't answer properly to my questions, sent me bad picture of product they sell, I can not see properly the product, only doing self promotion when I tell them their product description is wrong, say they sell poly cotton cushion covers as it seems label says polyesther, they don't want to recognize this issue... no happy at all with the service...

The front print portion is a polyester material; however the back is constructed from a peach textured poly-cotton blend.

BUYER BEWARE COMPLETE RIPOFF.
This app has a FATAL error which causes your Shopify store vulnerable for any scammers to attack and get their product for FREE. And YES, you still have to pay Pillow Profits for EVERY ORDER that the scammers get. I lost $540 for this reason and Pillow Profits refuse to take any action. They just say "Our app is not designed to do it" -> yep they do not care whether you are losing money as long as you pay them in full. WARNING FOR ALL STORES: YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE NEXT VICTIM (or already were) if scammers found your store using Pillow Profits app.
Customer service is very bad. They even challenged us to use Paypal because they said they were Paypal VIPs. Our order is not dispatched after the order is more than two months old. This is a scam and has very bad customer service
Does everything ships from China?
They charged our money, but didn't produce without any notification. Work like a bullshit. By the way, it's from China. Can't believe in them. :\

Full Disclosure: we opened our e-commerce store amid the pandemic...
Initially everything was going good. We were receiving tracking numbers regularly and the products were arriving in a timely manner. Then, all of a sudden, we stopped receiving tracking numbers. With customers thinking that our company was scamming them, we have fielded literally hundreds of emails asking where their product is. Finally, we receive all of the tracking numbers. Once I start investigating where these products are, I find out that the company is printing the shipment labels and holding the products in their warehouse. Eventually, they may use a DIFFERENT SHIPPING CARRIER than the original one that they began with and do not notify me at all. So, I have customers complaining that their product has been sitting in China for an undisclosed amount of time and then, all of a sudden it arrives via FED-Ex and I thought it was being shipped DHL. There is absolutely no communication. I have begun giving out refunds to customers and I would suggest that you (reading this) do what I am doing and start filing claims with paypal and your credit card company.
I have to resubmit the same design several times before it saves. It's like a slap in the face too... because after all the effort to get product listed, it takes 2 weeks to "maybe" ship and then the tracking info provided is bogus. I have 50+ orders from the last 3 weeks and NONE OF THEM have been delivered to my customer. Support is useless and has no sense of urgency. I'm going to lose customers. I'm now looking for other providers.

I just took a look at your neck gaiter orders and can see why you are frustrated with the tracking numbers. We have upgraded the shipping courier to USPS freight forwarding to speed up delivery, but it is pointing you to DHL - we will have that bug corrected today so you can see exactly where the package is en-route.
As far as production times, we are working extremely hard with our suppliers to make sure your products are made in 5-7 days maximum. We had to hold off on uploading tracking due to the Chinese Labor Day Holiday from May 1st - May 5th 2020. Now that our production partners are back we have provided the tracking on orders from the end of April.
Having said that, you have every right to be upset with the current situation. Operating a print-on-demand business in a global pandemic has its challenges and we are hoping to get things back on track in June and July as the situation stabilizes with international cargo routes for more reliable transit times.
Thanks for your patience and we hope you give us another chance once we get to the other side of the global pandemic.
