Update :
After a few time, the app stopped working, it don't update new images coming in. Customer support is not there.

This module seems to be the best image optimizer out there. It's still in the early stage, and there are multiple great functions missing, but he is very willing to add new functions if you request them with him.

Please note, he is a solo developer, so there will be some delay in response, we had around 1 week from our first to final chat.
But the final update was worth the wait.

I don't use the Alt title optimize function, as i have my own make.com flow to update the images alt title based on a lot of variables. But that might come into the app here some day

Cannot in good faith recommend this app. Absolutely ZERO customer service and there is a very obvious glitch in the app and seemingly no way to fix it. My website has few thousand images but after this app compresses the image it makes a duplicate, and then strangely that duplicate is then compressed, then find another duplicate has been made! According to the app I now have close to 15,000 images and the number keeps rising every day even when I do not add any extra products! The app never manages to compress all of my images because it just keeps adding to the number. This also seems to be affecting the loading speed of my site - Before adding this app according to Shopify my loading speed was 'Good' it has now changed to 'Moderate'. There have been no other changes to my site apart from installing this app. Have tried contacting them on numerous occassions but no one bothers to reply. I even contacted the email address that they left in a reply to feedback to another customer hoping it would get a reply but again it has been ignored. I have no choice but to uninstall this app and work hard to fix any damage it has done.

I installed the Pix Image Optimization to the shop, Lorenza theme and it caused all of the images to become blurry when I zoomed in.

Hopefully, I will get customer support help to reverse this back.

Fantastic and powerful app. But what sets it apart from all the rest is the owner/developer himself. Ayoub genuinely cares about helping his customers. He spent many additional hours and days to further develop/improve his existing code to help out my store. I genuinely appreciate his app and him as a person for all his service and am very grateful!
