This is a great app that helps you up your social presence with UGC from real customers! Some people have left low reviews because they couldn't get it set up but Pixlee has stated that it's not a self-serve product. Don't let those reviews deter you, once you do get onboarded, the product is amazing!

This app looked great as I saw it being used on other sites.. however upon installation, there is nobody for me to follow up to set up a demo on it.. I've contacted their support email and robot chat but still, nobody came back to me...

A super easy, and quick to install app that gets you immediate social presence on your stores. Takes less than 5 minutes to set up end to end, and does a great job syncing with your products. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

This app looked great, I had high hopes. However, upon installing you can't do anything other than book a demo, which I did. I reached out on their website chat bot a couple of times aswell, keen to have someone contact me and set the app up. This never happened, so now I've got to find an alternative who would like my money instead.

Installed the app. Went to open it and the entire app download is just to request a sales call.. LOL

Hi there. I'm sorry that this experience wasn't great for you. We have stated in our listing several times that you must contact Pixlee to get set up, as we are not a self-serve app. Unfortunately, there isn't much of an option to adjust it from an app listing perspective (we have asked Shopify to change this because we want to be as transparent as possible).
