I love their inventory, and their shipping -- when it works. I've had at least two instances when all the products completely disconnected from my store and more recently, I couldn't add products to my store. I've tried to uninstall the app; now it won't let me reinstall it -- and I have an order to fulfill with them.... so I'm faced with either going to buy the plant and shipping it from elsewhere, or refunding the money. I'd absolutely love to work with them more as a partner, but they need get some stability to this product.
App is not working. Wrote the company with no response. Choose a different company to work with.
I can't even install it. It just opens "https://app.withplantboy.com", and doesn't "connect" anything to the store. A waste of my life trying to get this to work. Fire your developer immediately.
Why not geting any profit i sale 32$ product you saw me product price 16.62 and profit get $15.38 i get one order when i go for pay money its total charge 32$ from your side then where is gone my profit?
You need to rapair your app you need to charge product price which one u saw dont charge our selling price

Does not reply to email queries, I wrote 3 times, no reply. Even getting up update on an order, no reply. Theres no point working with this company
We hesitate writing this review because, as a small business owner, we know how much these can affect our business, but working with vendors affects our business too and I think it's important for other business owners to be aware of what it's like to work with Plantboy.
We no longer work with them because, as others have stated, there is zero customer service and help. We had to issue a refund for a customer because the order never synced with PlantBoy. After multiple rounds of emails to them through various channels over 2 weeks, we could not get a hold of anyone to help us remedy this issue. The customer never got the plant, we lost out on sales, and PlantBoy was unreachable. This is not at all acceptable to us as a small business and the service that we provide our customers.
We gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the one order that did go through all the way worked seamlessly and the plant was very good quality. It was even larger than we expected.
We had hoped to work with them closely, but with a complete lack of communication and customer service to help us resolve issues for our customers, we will not be working with them again.
We have been using the Plantboy app for a little while now and are extremely satisfied with the interface, the integration but above all the team behind the App that supports our day to day order intake, fulfillment and handling.
The team's technical know how is backed up by solid operational skills and service levels. They know what they are doing and my customers are very happy with the orders we service through Plantboy. 100% Recommend.

Their customer service is fantastic and their plants are high quality. I can't say enough good things about this company, its products, and its people.
This app is fantastic! The PlantBoy team is super responsive and they always go above and beyond to help. Plant quality is top tier, and they also have a very quick and swift shipment process. Orders are never delayed. Navigating the app is a breeze, and it easily integrates with Shopify. Highly recommend!
Working with Plantboy has been a fantastic experience. The quality of their plants and packaging/shipping has impressed my customers. I really think they're the standout in the marketplace in terms of quality.
