Plytix Multistore AI Bulk Edit

We have been using Plytix with integrations for multiple Shopify stores and marketplaces and have found it to be a market leading PIM. The features included mean the product data can be managed properly and efficiently.

The controls on the account allow users to focus on their particular area of responsibility without distractions in an intuitive manner. The AI editing tools are very good and add extra efficiency, especially if you have a small team or limited external tools both for images and copy.

The bulk actions tools massively improve efficiency and allow rules to run on any field in the platform meaning tasks we would have previously needed to rely on our development resource or Shopify flows (flows are quite limited) can now be added with minimal technical knowledge.

The support we get from our account manager is also excellent, which is key for any partnership we have.

Migrating to Plytix is one of the highest-leverage decisions we've made on the tech stack.

We operate multiple e-commerce brands and needed a PIM that could scale with us without becoming the bottleneck. With the recent rework of the Plytix to Shopify connexion it is working like a charm. It's so easy to manage multiple stores at once and we can really trust the data to be handled correctly.
And all this is without even mentioning how Plytix itself helped us managing products data and enrich them. I won't lie there's still some Excel sheets here and there, but they don't take too long to be imported into Plytix so people can collaborate. We were never ready that soon for product launch and that's thanks to Plytix.
And to add to that their team is really responsive, always swift to help. They also listen to our features requests and I have to say that most of them were implemented since!
