Started off excited, was told usage would be free to start, which made it easy to jump in and give it a shot. The concept is nice, but the execution let me down fast. There were no clear disclosures around invoicing or what would be charged, so that was a frustrating surprise! Communication throughout was pretty much nonexistent, during the whole experience and even after. Just silence. Ended up uninstalling. Cool idea, but needs a lot of work on transparency and actually supporting your users. After reading the reviews this happened to another business

Installation was super easy and the team was really helpful with any questions/requests I had. Overall the app seems to be performing well increasing the likelihood to purchase pretty significantly. I was surprised by how quickly our customers began sending out polls and making purchases. The app quickly pays for itself.

Received multiple emails about them generating sales for other store and wanted us to try it. They sent multiple emails so we finally installed it. After that, asked them to assist us and take a look at our setup and no response at all from any person. We sent to multiple persons who emailed us before and after we signed up, they disappeared.

The app will essentially let your customers send products to their friends and ask them which products they like best.

The best part is you do not pay until you have results! We signed up and Jeff walked us through the process of setting up the app. The implementation was SUPER easy. We highly recommend Jeff and the app.

it sounded nice, but there is no free plan like advertised. you have to pay to use it. free trial is available but that's not the same.
giving it 1 star for the waste of people's time.
