PortL: Author Merch on Demand

I'm an author and have been using The Portl App since the summer when the creators of the app found me at a book signing! They are really creative and so helpful with any idea. They did a book box for me for one of my books and it did so well. The quality of everything was phenomenal and my readers were really happy. I can't wait to continue building the store with Portls! The customer service is the best as they truly do everything to make sure their customers have the greatest experience. You really can't get better than these guys!

First off - I am an author and run an author business. My experience with Portl App has been beyond first class.

They have worked with me directly to develop unique, new merch to offer to my fans, handled all aspects of production and delivery, all while doing it on demand so there is no upfront costs for me.

They've bent over backwards in customer service. Anytime I've fun into an issue, or something wasn't working right on the app they responded so fast my head would spin.

They truly care about making a top notch app and high quality merchandise too. I've gotten samples of the pieces they've designed and they are to a one very high quality.

I can't recommend them high enough. They've been fantastic.

The app navigation is just bad... No customization for their odd 3d printed toy catalog. I have no idea what PortalPrints is trying to go for - the profile on the Shopify app store it looks like an interesting app for POD, on their website it looks like it's for author merch.

As for the app integration - looks awesome but it is simply unusable.
Has a lot of potential though.
