Extremely poor merchant support. Riders repeatedly make fake delivery attempts and mark customers unavailable without even contacting them. Despite multiple complaints, we only receive automated responses and no Sales Representative or Senior Manager contact is provided. These issues are directly hurting our business. Very disappointing experience with PostEx.

You can easily process your orders automatically without typing. Works great with shopify.

In future, also add feature of sending sms notification to the customer once order is fulfilled.

And keep on adding more cities of Pakistan !!! Goodl Luck
