I had some specific asks for this app, and the support team was able to work with me in walking through how to make it happen and fix two bugs in the process. Usman and Vinay were very helpful!
We had a couple of support questions, and Usman took responsibility to find the answers we needed. We would recommend for sure. You can customise alert emails also, which is good.
A bit fiddly at first, but Vinay was all over it. Excellent customer service! Now that it's all set up, it works great.
So far so good, still the honeymoon phase but support has been helpful in setting this up. no issues thus far
