Great app and user friendly! I sold out of a product that went viral on Tiktok and immediately needed an app to make the product available as a pre-order, otherwise we would have lost on a lot of sales. I'm so happy to have come across this pre-order app that seamlessly integrated with my store within minutes. This app works seamlessly with our website and has met all of our needs! We love that it lists the item as a pre-order in our drawer cart, we only wish it listed the item the same way when added from our product spotlight on our homepage, however the customer service is wonderful!

Really helpful for pre-release pre-orders, solved a lot of our problems like tagging orders easily with "Pre-Order", alerts on mixed carts, etc. Dev team is super responsive on any issue and fixes things within hours.

We often do pre-orders to help smooth product flow. They are also useful as a marketing tool. Consumers tend not to read stuff! We say that an item is on pre-order in the product copy but having it much more clearly as a pre-order button and a date just below that is much more high profile. And it all goes back to normal once that date has passed. As of Oct 2021 the supply chain is a bit tricky! As a result we have several more pre-order items than normal and they all come in at different times. Bottom line - it's a neat and simple app and well supported by their team. This app has virtually everything that we have been looking for and had been asking our previous pre-orders/coming soon app for (and they never listened). These guys are pro-active and were super easy to deal with for the small customization we needed to suit our store. The app covers all aspects of Coming Soon & Pre-orders that we use it and has heaps of features. We have a large inventory and in this app we can search for product by SKU! (so many apps don't let you search with SKU and its soooo frustrating). Super clean dashboard & soo easy to use. I highly recommend this app. AAA+++

This app does exactly what we need it to do to alert customers when items are out of stock while allowing them to seamlessly place pre-orders. We had one small issue with our integration, but the support team quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a solution.
