This has got to be one of THE WORST apps I have ever used on Shopify! Once again, a customer placed an order that should have been a pre-order, but the app was malfunctioning, yet again.
I checked the app, and the majority of the toggles "Automatically Enable Pre-Order" are all switched off.
I switch them back on, and 2 hours later, some of them are off again, when they should be on.
I've missed sales because of this app! My customers are upset because they thought they were placing an order for an in-stock item.
I have a company to run. I do not have the time to keep checking this app to make sure it is functioning properly. I don't have time to keep emailing support. I've had to email support at least 3 times due to issues with the app. I've only been using the app for less than 3 weeks. The only good thing about this app is, the support team emails me back pretty quickly. But the app was stressful for me. I decided to uninstall it.

Just to confirm, our feature to "Automatically Enable Pre-Order" is set with the toggle switch turned off. Only once your inventory reaches 0, this would automatically turn the toggle switch on, so there must have been some confusion around this.

You can`t do anything in the "free" trial or version. It's pointless. Also to uninstall you have to get into the code, it's a pain. Don't even bother trying this app

Difficult to set up. No help for 24 hours or more. I gave it ONE star but the system didn't let me post the review until I changed the rating....The lack of integrity speaks out loud.
The App is working as expected. Support was really fast in helping to integrate with an old theme that didn't want to cooperate. Great service, thanx.

This app really is fantastic! Allowing us to ensure customers are able to reserve an item that is arriving soon ensures that we are able to retain customers through Lockdown. Highly recommended Adam was fantastic with his advice and the app interface is easy to use and understand. 5 Stars

Amazing app that will save me a lot of energy and time, since I deal with pre-orders a lot. It was very easy and quick to get in touch with the makers of the app, and they made great adjustments to my website so that the app works exactly for my needs.

This is one of the BEST pre-order apps in the Shopify app store. And if you've done the process of elimination you'll understand. Why? Because it does EXACTLY what it says and seamlessly merges with my Drop 2.01 and plays nice with our other apps as well. Easy to use and navigate, simple is best. Pre-Order does everything I need. Definitely recommend this app!
I searched many apps that were easy and to the point and this one was exactly what we needed. I have used their customer service as well and it is phenomenal. They provided detailed to the point explanations and helped with setup. I would highly recommend this app.
I am currently using Fortescue for my pre-order app. I'm enjoying the simplicity of the navigation and how easy it is to link the products. The issue that I'm having is staying in the app. I get logged out, and I have issues logging back in. I have to go back to Shopify, type it in the Search Bar for my apps and open in that way. Once this glitch is fixed, it will be great.

Great app! Very easy to install / use and the support team was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this app for sure.
Firstly the customer service was so quick, thorough and friendly. The app itself is something we have been looking for for the past couple of years. It has advanced out of stock functions that we haven't found in other apps.
I used this app to help set the right expectations with my customers on delivery time frames. It's been great as customers cam pre order and it allows me time to plan for a future delivery date. The app is super easy to use, even a farmer like me with no tech back ground can navigate the settings and make changes. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wishing to grow their business with pre orders.
