Immediate support and assistance with setting up the application and making sure it functions properly on our store.

We had a small glitch where a disabled product was still using up one of our product limits and therefore I couldn't add another product to pre-order. Once I got through to customer service, it was resolved quickly and all is working well again. Thank you

I had a problem with the reservation button not showing up.

I contacted them via chat and had it resolved within 10 minutes.

This App does exactly what I needed it to. The customer support was amazing. Definitely recommend this app.
Revised; App stopped working after an update and support was slow in fixing it/
