Nice app where you can add image of the gift wraps you are offering. Also good support team who sorted out issues seamlessly.

Easy to use and exactly what we needed for gifting and notecard options. PALs customer service is unparalleled--I emailed with a question and had an immediate response. They went above and beyond to help me and with some specific tweaks unique to our website. Great app, great communication, great service. Highly recommend.
Please install with caution, as it caused my product images to become misaligned; it took me three days to troubleshoot this. If you notice any image misalignment, please try turning off this application.

There was a brief compatibility issue affecting some stores in early October, and we released a fix for it on October 5. It looks like your installation may have overlapped with that short window, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
Since then, the issue has been fully resolved, and PAL now works smoothly across all product images and layouts.
We appreciate you taking the time to try the app, and if you ever consider giving PAL another try, we’d be more than happy to assist with setup.

The app is easy to set up and customize sufficiently. When I had a request about a minor display issue, I immediately received very friendly help.
