we had several chargeback issues before so we decided to download an app that can help with that. we found presolve in the store. as soon as we downloaded it, the people of presolve reached us and helped with the easy setup. as soon as we tried it, we saw that it marked the customers who made chargeback. we realized if we were to have this app prior to the chargebacks, it actually would highlight the risky customers. now as soon as we see a 5-4 star risk with a customer and reachout to make sure we have no trouble. after downloading the app we had no chargeback issues at all. we see the potential risky customers beforehand. the team is also very much helpful.
