Just found this app and seems like a great way to get faqs answered faster. Liked that they are rolling out a new self-service feature and can't wait to see that as well. So far the setup, the support, and the app look great.

I was searching for easy way to show our FAQs to customers and PrimeFAQ does the job so well. Although we don't use WhatsApp as of now they have Option to connect WhatsApp on the plugin so now we are considering exploring this and providing instant messaging capability to our customers. This is the best app out there.
