I have scouted and used many print-on-demand companies to fulfill my dropship orders. Although I am sometimes forced to use other companies due to location and speed, Printdoors has been my go-to whenever I can. I am thrilled that they have just launched a USA facility. My special account manager, Camille, is always there for me and helps me efficiently with every question. I don’t know what I would do without her. The stresses of peak season are significant, and she has immensely helped me and eased some of the burden. Camille has perfect English, high intelligence, and is a nice person. She answers quickly and clearly—she’s always on top of the game, which isn’t a given for customer support in every company. Printdoors has an extensive product selection and a great platform to work on—they have the easiest platform to create orders on. I highly recommend ordering samples to see the quality for yourself; many of their products excel over other print-on-demand factory products, even those based in the USA. I'm giving Printdoors a 5 star because of their response rate, of course there are many logistical aspects that can be worked on when it comes to drop shipping and warehouses, such as the websites aesthetics, or perhaps a certain products quality, but I want to highlight the fact that Printdoors designated a point of contact to cater to my stores needs, when I placed my pajama orders there was a live representative communicating with me on a daily basis, making sure that my order was expedited proficiently.
