Ive used Printhouse.io for 2 years before they listed in the shopify app store. I love them. once its all set up and uploaded images are connected to store products (this is time consuming and requires adding extra 1.5" borders for each image file for stretched canvas), its virtually no touch ordering unless you want to do manual ordering. Ive talked with their customer service several times and each time they were quick to reply, knowledgeable and professional. The products are Excellent quality. the True Glicee canvas prints are worth it for my visual art prints. Decent pricing. The white label branding choices are great. Shipping is included in pricing which is a bonus, Printed in the USA another bonus and their ship times are fair. I definitely recommend them if you want white label high quality canvas prints for your art. This is all they do so they are good at it, unlike cheap do it all print stores selling tshirts and mugs using cheap non archival inks and cheap canvas. the only complaint is the time to set up all your file in the proper sizing.
app used to work great but recently it just stopped working so my prints are no longer connected to my shopify, it never worked for my etsy shop. Lots of time wasted trying to get this to work, guess I'm entering everything manually from now on
Horrible customer service! I placed a large order and requested a cancellation the same day the order was placed because I found a cheaper/better printer. The guy I spoke with on chat said yes we can cancel. He confirmed that the order was cancelled. He said my account would be updated and it would reflect the cancelled order and I would receive a refund. Because he confirmed the cancellation, I placed the order with the other printer. The next day my order status still didn't say cancelled so I reached out to Printhouse via chat again. They said, just kidding, we can't cancel your order. A lot of back and forth explaining that someone CONFIRMED the cancellation the previous day did nothing to change his mind. He became very rude and refused to cancel my order. Luckily all of this happened via chat so I had a firm record of the cancellation confirmation and easily was able to dispute the charge. Do not do business with this shady company!
